Peakline.ai uses artificial intelligence to understand messages and calls and to generate responses on behalf of your business. To do this, conversation content and the business information you provide may be processed by us and by trusted technology providers that supply the underlying AI and communication infrastructure. AI-generated responses may not always be accurate or complete, and we encourage businesses to review important interactions.
To deliver our services, Peakline.ai works with third-party providers and, where you choose to connect them, with your own tools. These may include calendar and scheduling providers, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, Meta’s messaging platforms, telephony and communication providers, and workflow and automation tools. When you connect an integration, information is shared as needed to provide the requested functionality.
We also rely on service providers (subprocessors) that host our infrastructure and support features such as communication delivery, AI processing, and analytics. These providers are permitted to use information only to provide services to us. We do not sell personal information.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the services, maintain your account, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it is used. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
